The MMO Results Are Starting to Show
If you have been following my blog for the past months you might have noticed that a lot has been changing over here, but more than anything, I have been changing quite a bit when it comes to making money online and even though I am not where I want to be yet, I now KNOW I will get there.
So I have been testing the waters with One Week Marketing, which taught me a lot about working with Clickbank and how to get sales with the help of Squidoo, but it also taught me how to use Squidoo for other things, not just to make little squidoo projects but instead of that, using them to create backlinks to my MMO sites.
I started using the Unique Article Wizard which at times has been hard to use, because the whole set up of just one article for spinning and creating a zillion of unique articles, creating hundreds of backlinks, and it has proven to be a great help when it comes to creating links at a slow pace.
Then I went on to using FirePow which when looking back at it has been a great program but not for me to be honest. I can see how it can work for same, even many people, but it was not my cup of tea and I think I can spend the steep membership in a better way. Thing with FirePow for me was that it was too easy to set up crappy sites, and no, that is not due to the program itself but my own mistake.
So last month I signed up for The Keyword Academy after having read Court´s blog for well over a year and being really impressed with his teachings. My $1 trial membership is coming to an end and is up for renewal at the end of this week and it has already made me over $33 this first month which will cover the cost of next month´s membership, so I am keeping that!
And in comes Infobarrel, which is a great combination with TKA, using the methods Court and Mark teach to find profitable keywords but are easy to rank for has done wonders and even though I have only been able to get 13 Infobarrels up so far, I am shooting for at least 100 Infobarrels for the month of August.
Results are better and still improving, gettings sales left and right is a great feeling and seeing the clicks on my adsense account grow steadily is awesome. Make no mistake about it though, it has taken a lot of work and persistence and mostly, a true belief in that I am able to make money online and create a substantial monthly income.
I have been a really slow starter, it has been 2 or 3 years now that I got in touch with affiliate marketing and especially the last year have I learned a lot and put it in practice and the results are speaking for themselves.
I gotta chuckle a bit though when I see other people´s blogs or threads in forum, saying “I have been working really hard for a month now and ready to throw in the towel because i am not seeing results” … Or “I have written 3 articles for EzineArticles but this article marketing just isn´t working”
Starting tomorrow, I will be having friends over for the coming 3 weeks and I will probably be unable to do a lot of work, so if you don´t see any post out here for a while, that is why. I am taking a little holiday, away from the computer, away from writing, although knowing myself I will probably be working a bit here and there anyways, building on my keyword list to target, tweaking some of my sites or reading up a bit on the excellent TKA forum and watching some of the seminars I have downloaded onto my computer, maybe even write a few articles for Infobarrel so I don´t lose touch completely.
For now, it is over and out, will see ya all back at the end of August!
