Have you heard the latest buzz going on at RedGage? They are actually giving away $50 twice a day to any of the RedGage participants for being active in their community.

If you haven´t heard of this new community yet, I will give you a short breakdown that I am sure will entice you to sign up and start taking advantage of the free ways to promote your site and be paid in the process.

RedGage is new, it´s fun and it is different from any other bookmarking site, because it allows you to actually promote your own content through social bookmarking, unlike all other social bookmarking sites that frown upon promoting your own stuff (and even delete accounts because of it). Better even, not only do you get a link to your own content, you can actually get paid for the views it receives by other members, plus if you are lucky you can get an extra bonus for submitting quality content.

Now I am not sure how they go about handing out bonuses for your content, if I do figure it out i will surely tell you all, but what I am sure about is 2 things:

  1. You can submit your content for free within a minute and it will give you a link to your site.
  2. You can win a $50 visa debit card (2 are raffled off every day) until the 4th of July for submitting your links and content or for engaging in the RedGage community.

How to get your raffle tickets:

  • 1 Point is awarded for each Page View your content receives
  • 2 Points are awarded for Rating someone’s content
  • 7 Points are awarded for Commenting on someone’s content
  • 20 Points are awarded for inviting a new user to RedGage

Now apart from this great contest, participating in it will already start making you some money even if you don´t win, because the more you engage in the RedGage community, the more views your own content will get and seeing that you get paid per view, your earnings will go up as well. Plus, the more you engage in the community, the more likely you are to get featured, receiving another bonus for that and the more you participate, the higher your payment per 1000 views will be.

To me it sound pretty cool, another way to promote your own material and at the same time get some cash for it… we´ll see if it is worth the effort and I will let you know my thoughts about RedGage in a few weeks, meanwhile, go ahead and have a look yourself!
