Power to the Bloggers!
Over the last few days I have come to realise just what a fabulous medium Blogging is, especially the bloggers with many visitors have a tremendous power. What they decide to do with that power is of course up to them, but I would like to take the time to applaud one of them.
I will be adding others to the list further down the line, whenever I come across a blogger who is trying to help others in need, in order to try and help spreading the word.
Gary R. Hess of ImpNerd is auctioning off 4000 EC´s on Ebay and donating the money to Unicef. Now, I had a little look on Ebay and his EC´s are only worth around $10.00 at the moment, a ridiculously low price if you come to think of the amount of publicity you can get with 4000 EC´s, so if you are in need of EC´s or just want to be nice, please bid!
He has recently added a note saying that anyone who wants to donate EC´s for this cause can contact him in order to alter his auction, so if you have EC´s lying around and want to do some good with them, please go and visit his blog.
Maybe, between all of us, we can make his auction the biggest ever!
